How long does therapy last?
Therapy is a highly individual process that depends on your goals and personal journey. Most clients begin with weekly sessions to build momentum and trust. For meaningful, lasting change, I recommend committing to a minimum of 12 weekly sessions, which is considered short-term therapy.
There’s no fixed timeframe – we’ll revisit your needs and progress regularly to ensure the pace and structure feel supportive. The process is collaborative, and your growth will guide the way.
What can I expect during therapy sessions?
Each session is 50 minutes, held weekly at a consistent time. My trauma-informed approach blends evidence-based methods such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Compassionate Inquiry, somatic techniques, visualisations, reflections and creative therapeutic interventions.
Sessions are a safe and supportive space for you to explore, process, and integrate at a pace that feels right for you.
Do I really need therapy? I can usually handle things on my own.
Many of my clients are highly capable, resourceful women who are used to navigating life’s challenges independently. Therapy isn’t a sign of weakness – it’s an act of self-leadership.
You don’t have to wait for a crisis to seek support. Therapy offers space for reflection, healing and growth beyond what you can often achieve alone. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for deeper clarity and connection, therapy can be a powerful investment in your wellbeing and future.
Do you offer in-person or online sessions?
All sessions are offered online for accessibility, privacy and flexibility – allowing you to attend from wherever you are in the world.
What are your fees?
The investment is £800 per month, which includes four weekly 50-minute sessions (£200 per session). Payment is made one month in advance.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept Credit/Debit Card and Bank Transfer.
How do I make an appointment?

Do you accept insurance?
I do not accept insurance or offer super bills for out-of-network reimbursement. However, I can provide personal or corporate invoices upon request.
