Module 1: EMERGE – Foundation

Welcome to the EASE Journey

A short introduction to your EASE Journey; what to expect, how to begin, and why this process is designed to support deep, sustainable transformation. Start here before moving into Module 1: EMERGE “Laying the Foundation for Your Transformation”

Laying the Foundation for Your Transformation

In this first module, you’ll set the groundwork for your personal growth and transformation. Discover why clear goals and intentional action matter and how to move beyond self-doubt as you begin creating your vision for what’s possible.

Please watch the video first and then proceed to reading the first steps below.

WELCOME to your First Steps

In this first module, we begin with the essential foundation: the groundwork for everything we’ll explore, transform, and create together over the coming months. This is where you start aligning with the realisation of your wishes and goals.

Your compass throughout this journey is your inner desire for growth and fulfilment, both professionally and personally.

“Follow your bliss,” a phrase we often hear in poems or films, may feel distant or idealistic, yet it represents something profoundly natural that many of us have simply unlearned.

As you enter this work, I invite you to embrace one guiding principle: everything is allowed.

To reconnect with your “why” and to make a conscious commitment to yourself, you’ll find a Self-Contract in this module as a downloadable PDF.

Completing it will help anchor your focus and signal to your subconscious mind your intention to fulfil your goals and desires.

Many of my clients find it especially supportive to establish a Morning Routine, particularly during times of transformation.

In addition, I encourage you to schedule a regular “Date with Self.” A dedicated space to reconnect with yourself and your process. You’ll find a guide for that below as well.

Each module is designed to give you around one month to engage with the material and integrate it into your daily life, in alignment with your personal sessions.

However, remember: you are responsible for your own pace. This is your journey, and you set the rhythm.

Think of this work like physical training.

To strengthen a muscle, you need to stretch it beyond its comfort zone, just enough to create growth, but not so much that it causes injury or resistance. Growth requires challenge and recovery.

Your personal development follows the same principle. You’ll stretch, integrate, and evolve. Step by step.

It’s my honour and joy to guide you through this journey.

With warmth,
Leticia

Morning Routine

The first few minutes after waking are precious. In this quiet space between sleep and full awareness, you have the opportunity to gently set the tone for your day and, in many ways, for your life.

Many fulfilled and successful people dedicate the first hour of their day entirely to themselves. They use this time to nourish their inner peace, clarity, and joy before engaging with the outside world.

If this is your first time creating a personal morning routine, that´s wonderful. You’ll enjoy the experience.

If you already have one, I invite you to rediscover it and shape it in a way that truly serves you.

Most importantly, don’t turn your morning routine into another task on your to-do list. It’s meant to enrich and liberate you, not burden you.

Take a few quiet minutes, right after waking, simply to notice your breath, your body, your aliveness, even if you still feel tired. Just breathe and feel. No need to change anything. Allow everything to be exactly as it is.

Then, with gentle awareness, begin a Gratitude Practice. Get a small notebook and pen, and write down three things you feel grateful for: people, moments, sensations, memories, insights, or even something you wish to create in the future.

You may have your coffee or tea while doing this. Make it easy and pleasant. Keep your gratitude notebook by your bed so it’s always within reach.

This simple practice has been embraced throughout history, from Marcus Aurelius to Maya Angelou, from Arianna Huffington to Oprah Winfrey. Gratitude is a high-frequency energy that opens your heart and helps you create from a state of abundance and presence.

Remember, the power lies not only in writing but in feeling the gratitude. It doesn’t have to be for grand things. It can be as simple as sunlight on your skin or the warmth of your morning drink.

Optional:
If you’d like to take it a step further, write a short affirmation for your day, beginning with: “I am so happy and grateful that today I will…” Phrase it as though what you desire has already become part of your reality.

Enjoy this gentle, empowering start to your day.

Date with Self

Before you think this sounds a bit odd, having a date with yourself, let me reassure you that many highly fulfilled and successful people make time specifically for this kind of personal space.

They use it to recharge, reflect, think creatively, focus, or simply be.

Emma Watson, for example, often shares how she takes intentional time for solitude; reading, reflecting, or spending quiet days alone, as an essential way to stay connected with herself and maintain balance in her life. Gary Keller schedules time blocks for himself to focus on what truly matters. And countless public figures, from artists to entrepreneurs, take at least an hour each day entirely for themselves, regardless of their work, relationships, or other responsibilities.

So, please don’t dismiss this as something indulgent, dreamy, or unproductive. It’s quite the opposite.

This practice can become one of the most valuable tools in your personal growth and transformation.

A Date with Self is time that you dedicate for you and with you.

It’s sacred time, protected from distraction or cancellation. Treat it as non-negotiable, as if it were a long-awaited medical appointment or something you simply don’t skip or postpone.

What you do during your date is completely up to you. It might be cooking, taking a walk, going on a small excursion, doing crafts, gardening, visiting a museum, going to the cinema, having a massage, or enjoying a meal out. The only rule is: it must be for you alone, without any obligations attached.

A few examples of what doesn’t count: If you’re an athlete, your regular training or sports massage isn’t a Date with Self. If you’re a pet owner, your daily dog walk or riding session doesn’t qualify either. This time is not about routine, it’s about connection, curiosity, and nourishment.

And no, you don’t bring your partner, your child, your friend, your colleague, not even your pet. This is your moment to be fully with yourself. If the idea of going to a café or the cinema alone feels uncomfortable, choose something that feels easier to begin with, just make sure it’s yours.

If you find yourself resisting this idea, thinking it’s a waste of time, money, or energy, notice that resistance. You can’t afford not to value yourself enough to spend intentional time with yourself if you truly want change in your life.

Yes, it might feel uncomfortable at first. When we’re alone without distractions, we begin to really hear our thoughts and feel our emotions. Sometimes, what comes up is uneasiness, sadness, or even anxiety. That’s completely okay.

Imagine your inner world like a child who’s been waiting for your attention. At first, that child might be upset, wanting to know you’re truly there. With time, as you stay consistent, your inner parts begin to trust that your presence is real.

So, when you feel the temptation to skip your Date with Self, don’t. Protect this time fiercely.

Notice the voice that tells you there are “more important things to do” and stay committed anyway. Because this is not a luxury; it’s part of your healing, your grounding, and your growth.

Enjoy your time. It’s for you.
